When can I get my tracking number?

Once order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us here.

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers Post 5-10 Business days after your order. You can access your tracking number by clicking the blue "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. Please check weekly as tracking will not update until your order has cleared customs within your country.

You can track your order online by following these steps:

1)GO TO USPS.COM (US CUSTOMERS ONLY) AND TRACK.AFTERSHIP.COM

2)ENTER YOUR TRACKING NUMBER

3)PRESS "ENTER" TO PROCESS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 12-20 business days for United States and 20-30 business days internationally. 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Where is my order?

Your Confirmation Page will update with tracking information once your order has been shipped out. This can take between 5 to 10 business days after we receive your order.

How do I cancel my order after purchase?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order here. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

On the side note, a handling fees of 10% will be charge as handling charge for cancellation.

How do I modify my order? 

In order to make any modification on your orders, please contact us here with the specific changes that you wish to modify. 

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 12 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Changes made to the orders after 12 hours of making their purchases are not allowed and will not be entertain.

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

What are the payment method available?

We support the following payment options: PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Amazon.

Is there a power bank included in the backpack?

No, the backpack will be delivered without the powerbank.

There is a simple connection inside the backpack that make sure that you can easily connect all powerbanks that are on the market (by USB plug).

This way the power bank will never be outdated and you can keep using new models to charge your devices. Because this backpack will last for years!
